  1. SLAs (assuming all required data has been uploaded to the Portal)

    1. iGUIDE Standards or Premiums: 24 hours from submission

    2. ESX: 48 hours from submission

    3. AutoCAD DWG Add-On: 48 hours from submission

    4. Revit RVT Add-On: 72 hours from submission

    5. 2D CAD Package: 3-5 days from submission

    6. 3D CAD Package: 5-10 days from submission

  2. Most iGUIDE Updates and Errors will be processed with 24 hours of submission.

  3. Exact completion time of any deliverable is contingent on the daily volume of iGUIDEs.

  4. iGUIDEs are drafted in the order in which the files were uploaded to the Portal.

  5. For iGUIDEs greater than 10,000 sq ft, the standard turnaround time for the completed iGUIDE is not guaranteed. The delivery date will be determined by the size and complexity of the property.

  6. No drafting occurs on official holidays in Ontario, Canada.
